How to unearth your best possible skin (with & without Motherline)

Start with a simple 2-step routine

First, wash your face with your preferred cleanser at night. Then close your eyes and spray a mist (2-4 spritzes) of Motherline Liquid Gold on clean, dry skin. Any excess moisture on skin may be lightly brushed into eyelashes and eyebrows for added benefit (it'll strengthen and thicken hair follicles).

Next, gently massage a layer of Motherline balm to your neck and face to seal the liquid minerals, amino, acids and vitamins, and let all three layers of your dermis absorb it.  Feel the Motherline glow. See the Motherline glow. BE THE MOTHERLINE GLOW (if you want).

Stay hydrated!

Ask any skincare professional and they'll tell you: proper hydration will do wonders for your skin (and the rest of you). That's because drinking water hydrates you from the inside out.

Start every morning by drinking 12-24 ounces of water first thing, on an empty stomach. Adding the juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon supercharges it with 50% more moisturizing while its alkaline properties also bring your gut to a healthy pH balance. It all results in better overall health.

The rest of the day? Drink another 50-70 ounces. Really! Try it and you'll swear by it. Adding a pinch of pink Himalayan salt enhances the electrolytes in your body. It's yet another hydration supercharge!

Sleep: the secret weapon

Don't sleep on sleep!

Recent studies have shown that getting the right amount of sleep can add longevity to your life by 5-7 years. Plus you'll have more energy and focus all day. What's the "right amount"? Well, it depends on your age and situation, but we say aim for 7-9 hours of sleep a night.
